• Sophisticated investors with proven track record of success, net worth requirement:
     + Single Store: $1 MM ($600,000 in unencumbered capital)
     + Mult i- Store/Area Developer, same requirements as single store X size of opportunity (I.e. 3 store, requires $3 MM net worth, $1.8 MM in unencumbered capital)
